Angels Inn Capital is a private angel investment group that deploys capital ranging from $500K to $20M per deal into early-stage and growth-stage companies. We partner with exceptional founders building transformative businesses across technology, healthcare, fintech, and other high-growth sectors. Our investment activities are conducted in compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations, and participation in our investment opportunities is limited to qualified, accredited investors as defined by applicable law.

All applications are subject to our internal review process, due diligence procedures, and investment committee approval. Angels Inn Capital reserves the sole and absolute discretion to accept, reject, or request additional information regarding any application. No binding obligation arises from the submission of an application or any subsequent communications unless and until a definitive written agreement is executed by all parties.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Angels Inn Capital or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without the prior written consent of Angels Inn Capital.
Confidentiality
In the course of using the Site or engaging with Angels Inn Capital, you may receive or have access to proprietary or confidential information, including but not limited to investment strategies, portfolio company information, deal terms, and internal processes. Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose.
Changes to Terms
Angels Inn Capital reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a revised effective date. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
